Robb started in computers at the young age of about 10 years old, it all started with his dad firmly telling him not to touch or play with the new Commodore 64 unless an adult was present, to which… he didn’t listen.
Over the years his love for computers, and all things technology perpetuated. One of his first jobs was at six flags great America as a ride operator where his love for tinkering and pushing buttons eventually got him transferred to food services, Since that time he has worked for Motorola, Sanmina, TG-3, and Time Warner Cable for technical support and software development implementation.

Nikki is virtual office manager that joined MCS on various projects starting in the spring of 2012, currently she assist in communications between MCS and clients and her role includes but is not limited to marketing, correspondence, billing, and email marketing.

Brian joined MCS Technologies in the summer of 2016, and a new and upcoming technician in the field. Brian has a background as an automotive technician but had a strong desire to learn the nuts and bolts of technology integrations as they related to the retail and hospitality side of the business.
Currently Brian is doing great as a hands on technician who installs Video walls, Media players, TV’s, and Point of sale systems but also has become quite proficient at low voltage and structured cabling. Brian is often running service calls and upgrades for retail stores and restaurants that have technical issues within’ there day to day operations, such as digital signage, video cameras, drive-thru lanes, and bluetooth beacons.
